Registration Details
  • Applications are to be submitted on the Official Exhibitor Registration Form accompanied by Full Payment.
  • An Early Bird discount of 5% is applicable for standard shell scheme booths if applications are received by 15 May 2025.
  • An additional 5% discount is applicable IF space taken up is 90sqm or more and booth location can be selected by the Exhibitor. For all others, booth location shall be allocated by the Organiser.

Note: Any surcharge incurred for remittance is to be borne by the exhibitor.
Cancellation Charges
  • A 50% cancellation charge shall be applicable upon cancellation.
  • Any additional charges and any refund amount, if applicable, shall be at the discretion of the Organiser.
Booth Construction
  • All Booths must be carpeted and comply with the maximum booth height requirement.
  • Custom booth designs must be submitted to the Organiser by 15th July 2025. Failure to submit booth design for approval by the said deadline may result in the exhibitor being disallowed from participating in the event.
  • The official Main Contractor for booth designs is MORETON HIRE.
  • All electrical wiring and connections are to be done by the Official Main Contractor ONLY for safety reasons.
  • All contractors are expected to clean their booths and remove all construction debris before hall/bay closing time on build-up/bump-in day.
Manning of Booth and Conduct of Booth Personnel
  • Exhibition booths must be operational during the stated operational hours of the event.
  • All activities of the exhibitors must be confined within the exhibition booth space unless approved otherwise by the Organiser.
  • MCEC prohibits any outside food and drinks from being brought into the exhibition venue.
  • Food & drinks are to be purchased at the cafes set up at the venue.
  • If an exhibitor intends to demo or provide free samplings of Food & Drinks, prior approval from the Organiser and MCEC must be obtained.
Booth Set-Up
  • Friday 29th August 2025, 02:00 p.m to 06:00 p.m
  • All Exhibitors must wear a High Visibility Vest to enter the exhibition halls to set up their booths.
  • All Exhibitors must wear enclosed shoes to enter the exhibition halls to set up their booths.
  • All electrical equipment that is to be connected to any power outlet in the exhibition halls must be TAGGED & TESTED before being used.
